CBRE

This week, we swapped out a 27-year-old APAC package unit for a brand-new APAC system. After almost three decades of service, the old girl had definitely earned her retirement!

Three workers in yellow and navy safety uniforms inspect and work on the controls of a large industrial HVAC unit on a rooftop under a clear blue sky.

Big thanks to Michael Radford and the FM team on site, along with the D@C team for trusting us with this project — always a pleasure working with such a great crew at Westfield Booragoon!

Shoutout to WA Universal and their crew for the heavy lift with a 300T crane to get the new unit into place – awesome work as always! 💪

The new system is now up and running, ready to keep things cool and running smoothly for years to come.
